My Opinion

I think that Kenya should write more about homosexuality in their constitution and should also raise awareness of homos that are living elsewhere apart from Kenya just because there constitution said so. I also think that an organizations should be arranged to encourage the government to at least put up homes so homos can live even if they are inn the border fo the country.

Contrast

In the Chinese Constitution says that:
  • The state promotes family planning so that population growth may fit the plans for economic and social development.

  • Women in the People's Republic of China enjoy equal rights with men in all spheres of life, political, economic, cultural and social, and family life. The state protects the rights and interests of women, applies the principle of equal pay for equal work for men and women alike and trains and selects cadres from among women.

While as The Newly Proposed Constitution of Kenya says that:

  • Every person has the right to privacy, which includes the right not to have information relating to their family or private affairs unnecessarily required or revealed.
  • Every adult has the right to marry a person of the opposite sex, based on the free consent of the parties.
  • Parties to a marriage are entitled to equal rights at the time of the marriage, during the marriage and at the dissolution of the marriage.

Homosexuality cases

  • During the first gay wedding it was stopped by a crowd of religious protesters. The ceremony, which was supposed to take place in the popular seaside town of Mtwapa, faced an angry group of people from the town’s Muslim and Christian community, who took to the streets on the same day under an operation translated: “Operation Gays Out”. How we could stop this!

Hormonal problems are not for us to DECIDE, they just come naturally like puberty.

Kenya should let these people stay in their country even if it means that it would be a really bad influence to people. People like you could rise this issue up from scratch till it reaches the government as they would see the importance of this issue and do something about it.
A blog would be a good idea, even a newspaper article!

Introduction

What is Homosexuality?

The Cambridge Learner's Dictionary states that homosexuality is having the quality to be homosexual, which is sexually attracted to the people of the same sex. There has been cases around the world about homosexuality but this blog is mainly focusing on Kenyan homosexuals and how the Kenyan constitution is affecting their lives..

Due to Kenya homosexuality is banned and anyone who is homosexual is not allowed to live in this country. Do you think this is fair? Just because people's hormones have been affected during birth, and now they are sexually attracted to the same sex they are referred gays or lesbians.

Letting them not live in a certain place is not honorable and it might bring down economy and also lack of tourism around places which don't allow homosexuality like Kenya.
