My Opinion

I think that Kenya should write more about homosexuality in their constitution and should also raise awareness of homos that are living elsewhere apart from Kenya just because there constitution said so. I also think that an organizations should be arranged to encourage the government to at least put up homes so homos can live even if they are inn the border fo the country.

Contrast

In the Chinese Constitution says that:
  • The state promotes family planning so that population growth may fit the plans for economic and social development.

  • Women in the People's Republic of China enjoy equal rights with men in all spheres of life, political, economic, cultural and social, and family life. The state protects the rights and interests of women, applies the principle of equal pay for equal work for men and women alike and trains and selects cadres from among women.

While as The Newly Proposed Constitution of Kenya says that:

  • Every person has the right to privacy, which includes the right not to have information relating to their family or private affairs unnecessarily required or revealed.
  • Every adult has the right to marry a person of the opposite sex, based on the free consent of the parties.
  • Parties to a marriage are entitled to equal rights at the time of the marriage, during the marriage and at the dissolution of the marriage.

Homosexuality cases

  • During the first gay wedding it was stopped by a crowd of religious protesters. The ceremony, which was supposed to take place in the popular seaside town of Mtwapa, faced an angry group of people from the town’s Muslim and Christian community, who took to the streets on the same day under an operation translated: “Operation Gays Out”.
